   Result = (X ÷ 100) × Y
   Example: 15% of 200 = (15 ÷ 100) × 200 = 30

2. X is what % of Y
   Result = (X ÷ Y) × 100
   Example: 30 is what % of 200 = (30 ÷ 200) × 100 = 15%

3. % Change from X to Y
   Result = ((Y − X) ÷ |X|) × 100
   Positive = increase, Negative = decrease
   Example: 80 → 100 = ((100−80) ÷ 80) × 100 = +25%
